You all know Ken and I- we always have some kind of house project going on. We must get bored easily as we always have something cooking! Our most recent house remodel project was a fun one to see come together. We needed to get the bathroom redone at the furnished rental that we have in Lafayette. The bathroom off of the primary bedroom was a bit old, dated, and dusty and it was time for a refresh. Especially given how nice the rest of the home is, the bathroom just wasn't getting it done. Also, I thought it would be nice to pull out the tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. The catch- we had just 26 days of vacancy to get the project completed. So what did we do? We called Landon and Sandy Baisley. They own Tight Lines Construction in Longmont. We knew we could count on them to help. Landon has helped us with multiple projects over the years (including another bathroom, lots of deck and exterior work, and other miscellaneous projects) and Sandy has been helping their clients with design work- a piece of the project that Ken and I need lots of help with (we basically freeze under the design pressure!) Sandy and I did a little video to show how the project turned out. Sandy also talked about where and why she chose the finishes she did and how they conceived of the design changes. We really love how it turned out and we are so appreciative of their help. Give the video a watch and see what ya think! Have questions about a project of your own or want to get in touch with Landon and Sandy? Don't hesitate to reach out! |
