Ken and Allison meet one-on-one with potential home buyers upfront to discuss their goals, priorities, and financing, and to answer questions about the market and the process.

Next, they will talk through budget and financing, set up a customized home search, and visit and evaluate properties. Once buyers find the right home (an exciting moment, to be sure!), K&A will negotiate a contract and help buyers get to the finish line by navigating the home's inspection, appraisal, and more, with integrity, kindness and care.
